Registering at JLL5 takes under two minutes. Head to our Register page, fill in your full name, username, mobile number, and email address, set a strong password, confirm your age (you must be 21 or older), and agree to the Terms and Conditions. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify your account — enter it and you're good to go. After that, make your first deposit and start playing.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at JLL5, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. We require identity verification and reserve the right to request supporting documents at any time. If a minor is found to be using an account, that account will be immediately closed and any funds may be withheld.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances. If you've accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team at support@jll5.best to resolve it.

Log in and go to Account Settings to update your email address, mobile number, and notification preferences. Some changes — like your registered name or date of birth — require identity verification documents before they can be processed. Contact our support team if you need help updating sensitive information.

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your account and we'll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email, choose a new password, and you're back in. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support@jll5.best and our team will walk you through the account recovery process.
Deposits & Payments

JLL5 accepts all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. We also accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. We currently only support transactions in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).

The minimum deposit at JLL5 is ₱100. This applies to GCash, Maya, and most other supported payment channels. Some payment methods may have slightly higher minimums — these will be displayed clearly on the deposit screen before you confirm the transaction.

Deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph are almost instant — typically credited within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually credited within 30 minutes. PESONet transfers can take up to the next banking business day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

First, check your GCash, Maya, or bank account to confirm whether the amount was deducted. If it was deducted but your JLL5 balance hasn't updated, email support@jll5.best with your registered username, the payment method used, the amount, and the transaction reference number. Our team will investigate and credit your account once confirmed, usually within a few hours.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Cashier or Wallet section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount you want to cash out, and confirm the request. Make sure the withdrawal account details you provide match your registered identity — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, or UnionBank via InstaPay usually arrive within 1–3 hours. PESONet withdrawals may take up to one banking business day. Withdrawal requests submitted late at night or on weekends may take slightly longer to process.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount at JLL5 is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500. These thresholds exist to cover processing costs and keep transactions efficient. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing.

Withdrawals may be held for review if your account has not completed identity verification, if there are unmet wagering requirements on a bonus, if the transaction is flagged for security checks, or if you are attempting to withdraw to a different account than the one used to deposit. Contact our support team if your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours.

Wagering requirements are conditions attached to bonus funds that require you to play through the bonus a certain number of times before you can withdraw it as real money. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you need to place ₱5,000 in total bets using that bonus before it converts to withdrawable cash. Requirements vary per promotion — always check the promo details before claiming.

When you refer a friend and they register using your referral code and make their first deposit, both you and your friend receive a reward. If you suspect unauthorised access to your JLL5 account, change your password immediately through Account Settings or using the "Forgot Password" link. Then contact our support team at support@jll5.best straight away. Our security team can temporarily lock your account while the situation is investigated to prevent further unauthorised activity.

Never. JLL5 staff will never ask for your password via live chat, email, phone, or any other channel. If anyone claiming to be from JLL5 asks for your password or OTP, do not share it — it is a scam. Report it to us immediately at support@jll5.best so we can investigate and warn other players.
Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select Responsible Gaming. From there, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a mandatory 7-day waiting period to help you stick to your decision. We encourage every player to set a limit from day one.

Self-exclusion is a formal request to be locked out of your JLL5 account for a set period — 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
